Shipping Policy

1. Free UK Delivery

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

2. Delivery Times

Order processing & dispatch	1–3 business days
UK mainland	4–8 business days (total)
Highlands & islands	6–10 business days (total)

During periods of high demand, dispatch can take slightly longer. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed by email.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use on the carrier’s website to follow your parcel door to door. Tracking numbers are assigned within 24–48h of dispatch.

4. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at shopelevera@gmail.com — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will never be left out of pocket for a delivery problem that is not your fault.
