1. About These Terms

These terms govern purchases of the Struqt Foot Companion made through this website. By placing an order you accept these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include free UK delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe (card, Google Pay or Apple Pay). The charge appears on your statement with the reference STRUQT.
  • A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud.

3. Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed dates; where a delay arises we will keep you informed.

4. Returns, Cancellation & Guarantee

Your 14-day statutory right to cancel, our 90-day money-back guarantee and the process for both are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Product Use & Wellness Disclaimer

The Foot Companion is a wellness and comfort device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition (including circulatory conditions, diabetes, or if you are pregnant or fitted with a pacemaker), consult a healthcare professional before use. Always follow the included usage instructions.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Struqt name, product photography and text — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law & Contact
